How to Submit and Verify an Account on “My Trading Performances”

Getting Started: Submit Your Account

Verifying your trading account on “My Trading Performances” is quick and straightforward. Please check this guide to start tracking your performance!

 

 

Step 1: Add Your Trading Account

  1. Log in to your profile and head over to "My Trading Performance".Access My Trading Performances.png
  2. Click “Add Trading Account” to begin.

  3. Fill in the required details in the form:
    1. Select your trading platform (MT4 or MT5).
    2. Choose a name for your account (this is for your reference).
    3. Select your broker and server name.
    4. Enter your MT4/MT5 account number and current investor password (read-only).

Step 2: How to Set or Change Your Investor Password

If you already know how to change your Investor Password, please go to the next step.

  1. Open your MT4/MT5 trading platform.
  2. Go to Tools > Options and select the Server tab.

  2. Click Change under the Password section.Server-Change.png
  3. Enter your current master password (provided by your broker).
  4. Select “Change Investor (read-only) Password” and create a new one.Change Investor Password.png
  5. Click OK to save and be sure the new Investor Password was accepted on your MT4/MT5 platform (there should be a positive sound and the “Change Password” window should disappear.

 

 

Step 3: Complete Your Account Setup

  1. Choose the visibility options for your trading account.
  2. If relevant, add the account to your portfolio.
  3. Click Add to finish

A pop-up will indicate that your account is being processed. Our server will connect with your broker's server to validate your account details (login and investor password). Within seconds, your account will be ready for performance tracking.

At this stage, your account details and history will be added to the system, however, trade authority verification is still greyed out. If you want your “Trade Authority Verification” badge to lit up in green, please go to step 4.

Step 4: Verify Trade Authority

  1. After your account is processed, click Settings (as in Step3) or the gear icon next to the account on your Trading Performance page).

  2. Locate the Authorisation Password provided on the website and copy it. Authorisation Password.png
  3. Update your Investor Password in your MT4/MT5 platform by replacing it with the Authorisation Password:
    • Go to Tools > Options > Server.
    • Click Change under the Password section.
    • Enter your current master password provided by the broker.
    • Select “Change Investor (read-only) Password” and paste the Authorisation Password.
    • Click OK to save and be sure the new Investor Password was accepted on your MT4/MT5 platform (there should be a positive sound and the “Change Password” window should disappear.
  4.  Return to the website and click Verify
      • Authorisation Password - Click on Verify.png
  5. A pop-up will display your new Investor Password (matching your Authorisation password from the previous window) — click Update to confirm.

Step 5: Confirm Verification

Congratulations! Your account is now verified, confirming your ownership and trade authority. You’re all set to start tracking your trading performance.

Important Notes

  • Privacy Assurance: Your personal and account details are strictly confidential. No one else can access or perform actions on your account based on the information you provide.
  • Verification Badges: The VERIFIED Trade History and VERIFIED Trade Authority badges will appear after your account details are validated. This applies to both real and demo accounts.
      • VERIFIED Trade History - allows you to track you history and embed the stats onto your website. 
      •  VERIFIED Trade Authority - this proves you are the one with authority to place orders on that specific account.
